Unframed and Original Paintings that are already framed are typically shipped out within 7 working days (sometimes I will have to order a specialist box appropriate for the painting size).

...But not all of my original paintings come pre-framed. For unframed originals, I'm happy to offer custom framing — simply choose your preferred frame colour and I'll have a bespoke frame made specifically for your painting.

Please note that custom framing does take a little longer, as the frame needs to be ordered, delivered and then carefully fitted by hand. Please allow an additional 7–14 days for custom framed orders.

RETURNS

• Damage: Sometimes damage occurs during transport: if this happens, please email me photos of the damaged item and I will either refund or replace it if possible.
• Cancellation / Return: You may cancel your order or return your merchandise up to 14 days within receipt for a refund of the purchase price. You will be responsible for the cost of the return postage. The items should reach me in the same condition i sent them to you of course and i would highly suggest you get insured and recorded shipping if you plan to send something back to me. Once I receive your returned item I will issue a refund.
