- Printed on : on a high-quality canvas, ready to hang with included back hanging. Each frame is crafted from ethically sourced wood from renewable forests.
- Canvas material : Poly cotton blend with a matte/satin finish. Scratch, crack, & warp resistant. 344 gsm weight & 17.5 mil thickness.
- Print : Strong vibrant colours from sustainable water based HP latex inks and protected with UV coatings.
- Stretcher bar : A depth of 3.2 cm and made from 100% renewable, kiln-dried, knot-free, finger jointed wood
- Canvas wrapping : The outer edges of the image are reflected and printed onto the sides of the canvas, giving the full image a continuous look without losing any of the front-facing picture
- FRAMED PRINTS - Floater frames : 4.5 cm deep solid wood with black or white finish; These give your canvas the appearance of floating within the frame.

This is colourful art for the one who understands that joy isn't always automatic — that sometimes life feels grey, blocked, harder than it should be. It is for one who has made the decision to go looking for joy anyway, deliberately and on purpose, regardless of circumstances. For me it's about finding joy in the little things and choosing to enjoy those as much as possible. You may have heard the old adage 'Choose Joy' - it's only recently I have truly come to understand what it means - feeling joy is a choice I make - and hence why I chose the name!
I painted this piece, and the wider collection it belongs to, from exactly that search. It's easy to feel joyful when the sun is shining, you have something to look forward to and life is going your way. It's much harder when you're up against something difficult and life feels just 'grey'. So I wanted to paint joy deliberately — choosing the colours I associate most with it in my heart, bright pinks, soft turquoise blues, warm yellows and luminous peach, all moving across the canvas in free, energetic brushstrokes. This abstract artwork on canvas was painted to let my mind fly away into colour and bring me back to a place of joy, peace and centeredness — and that's exactly what I hope it does for you too - I hope it gives you that little spark of 'joy' when you look at it.
